Interesting point about commercial leases. When we signed for our storefront near Aksarben Village, we barely read the maintenance clauses and ended up paying for a roof repair we thought was the landlord's job. Lesson learned, read every single page
Curious whether the WARN Act changes mentioned here affect companies with fewer than 100 workers. Our plant is around 80 people and there have been rumors of layoffs. Would love a follow-up post that covers smaller employers
Workforce Reductions and the Nebraska WARN Act Omaha Employment Attorney On April 14, 2026, Nebraska enacted LB 921, a law that expanded notice requirements for workforce reductions and gave employers across the state a new set of obligations to think
Why Reviews Matter When Choosing a San Antonio Car Accident Lawyer You probably checked reviews before picking a taco spot or a mechanic. Choosing a car accident lawyer in San Antonio deserves at least the same care, and honestly a lot more
Perfect timing on this one. We just signed a purchase agreement on a small warehouse and I was nervous about the zoning questions. Going to reread the commercial real estate portion before our closing next month
