<p>신세계인터내셔널 직원은 “휴대폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 때문에 직접 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 이야기 했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “핸드폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있습니다”고 설명하였다.</p>

<p>소액결제 현금화는 상품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 뒤 인증번호 등 아이디어를 기업에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 당장 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 필요한 노인들이 흔히 이용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 정보통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있습니다.</p>
