We need to sell our rental property, but the tenants still have a lease. It's a tricky situation because they're great renters and we don't want to disrupt their lives, but the market is good right now. We're thinking of offering them a cash-for-keys deal to vacate early, or selling to an investor who will keep them as tenants. Just trying to figure out the best path for everyone involved.
