I spent the whole morning trying to get my 4/4 pullout sand stuck out of the track. It was so frustrating because the grains of sand seemed to wedge themselves into every little crevice, making it impossible to slide the mechanism smoothly. I had to use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the sand out bit by bit, meticulously cleaning each groove before attempting to move it again. Finally, after about an hour of careful work, I managed to free it and now it moves as smooth as butter.
